剧情介绍：
　　一场扬名立万的舞狮盛会牵动人心，八方雄狮云集小镇，一个高二焦虑症女生王鹭，阴差阳错地进入预选赛，意外获得大赛入场券。为摘得桂冠，王鹭不顾高考压力，七拼八凑了一支女子狮团狮妹，她抛弃了传统训练，结合跑酷和街舞，融合了流行和时尚，重新定义了舞狮性别，在训练场地受限，高考任务压迫，鼓乐配合不力的困境中。王鹭逐渐克服了因焦虑带来的精神涣散，唤醒了发誓不再舞狮的父亲那颗沉睡的心，最终在亲情和友情的帮助下，赢得最后的胜利。
