剧情介绍：
　　元晓大师是唐时新罗的高僧，戒仪贞白，思惟严谨，著作浩丽渊博……四十五岁时，他以悖反、狂逆的形式，自毁贞仪，与寡公主瑶石结缡，并生一子名薛聪。他透过破戒，与五浊、罪相、地狱等众生结合，展开深涉泥涂、颠险艰危的地藏赎罪之旅。他勇于打破贵族、宫廷界隔，使韩国佛教得以流布民间，也是韩国华严宗「海东宗」、「芬皇宗」的初祖。
