剧情介绍：
　　1948年，国共大决战一触即发，原本只想苟活于乱世的江州城大名鼎鼎的修脚师傅杨福双无意中卷入了一场暗杀阴谋。为求自保，他不得不周旋于江湖、奸商、贪官等各方势力之中。性格外向的凌亦蕊执着地追求着杨福双，而杨福双却一心将李芙蓉救出青楼，于是三人一起周旋于三教九流之中，并和蔡少锋等人一起平反冤案、营救孤女、打击恶霸、揭露贪官，成功帮助共产党组织追回一笔失踪多时的巨款，众多小人物演绎了一场亦庄亦谐的战斗喜剧，最终迎来了江州城的解放。
