剧情介绍：
　　神秘组织·GOD看中了神敬太郎博士的人类工学技术，逼迫其加入，教授拒绝而遭袭击，儿子神敬介也被杀害，身受重伤的父亲为了让儿子复活，不顾自己的伤势，亲自执刀为儿子进行改造手术。敬介醒来后，父亲已死，透过计算机留言，敬介了解GOD欲危害世界的阴谋，于是背负起对抗邪恶的责任，成为第五号的假面骑士·假面骑士X。
