剧情介绍：
　　衰鬼逼人话说清朝时代，凌贵兴因陷害梁天来一家被处死，但阴魂不散，直至八八年今天，冤魂始出现，寻找前世实为梁天来的百货公司老板金世杰报仇。冤鬼首先诱惑纪英俊一家，供给纪英俊一家财富，令他混入世杰的百货公司工作，捣乱内部，令公司倒闭；又使世杰的妻子变节，令英俊逼世杰自杀。英俊发现世杰是正人君子，不忍加害他，冤鬼逐把英俊的财产收回，并把纪家大小困于保险库内，放火烧库。要重现当年梁天来的火烧石室惨剧。
