剧情介绍：
　　1949年，当新中国宣布成立之时，远在西南的重庆依然控制在国民党残余手中。我地下组织面对穷途末路的敌人，与之做殊死的斗争。彭林涛率领游击队神出鬼没，许建功主持《挺进报》大快人心，国民党反动派人心惶惶，保密局头目徐翔飞没能在规定时间内消灭游击队饮弹自裁，胜利似乎越来越近。然而，新上任的杜荫山手段毒辣，枪决彭林涛、破坏游击队。江竹萍、许建功、刘国扬、陈亦然等一批批意志坚定的革命者，与之斗智斗勇，为最后的全面胜利而浴血奋战……
